Cacao is a superfood. Conventional chocolate is not. XAUXA is the world’s first company to apply Artificial Intelligence Clustering Algorithms and NLP Methods to the process of chocolate making. By using AI-assisted proprietary cold-crafted techniques we are able to preserve cacao’s superfood properties, save over 430 aromas naturally present in the cacao beans (mostly lost during typical manufacturing) and create a product with a texture like no other. We are Canadian, women-owned, pitch finalists of the Ella Accelerator program at York University and already exporting to USA, Europe and China.
